Service Projects

The Kiwanis Club of North Little Rock is active in organizing service projects in our community. Our annual projects include:

  • Donating books to 4th graders in 10 North Little Rock School District elementary schools


  • Distributing Thanksgiving Food Baskets to 200 needy families

  •  Awarding the Bruce Cook Scholarship to two high school seniors

  • Sponsoring Key Clubs at North Little Rock High East and West Campuses, as well as our newest club at Central Arkansas Christian



  • Donating and providing service to Joseph Pfeifer Kiwanis Camp
     
  • Donating to the Earl Collins Foundation that awards scholarship in Central Arkansas
     
  • Donating to Kiwanis International Foundation that provides grants for larger service projects all over the world

Thanksgiving Food Baskets

Our club is in its 20th year of raising funds for Thanksgiving Food Baskets.  This is our only source of income for this project.  We will be delivering baskets to needy families in North Little Rock on November 24th and 25th.
